When I read here that if you unplug the IDE, the machine might not hang on 5A, I tried that and it worked, it booted in 30 seconds. Your Rig is very similar to mine, except i have 2 GTX 580s, NXZT Swith 810 Case, everything else we're rocking the same equipment. Turns out the incompatibility was with a combination of ANY PCIe video card and ANY SATA hard drive...
The information below is what I tried to send you. Found latest bios update from intel web site. I have SATA hard drive and IDE DVD/RW... My MB is a DP55WB, using a i5 CPU, both brand new.EDIT: I managed to get it to work by changing the SATA slot where my HD is connected.

I don't think it's going to work though as it definitely seems like a BIOS problem or some conflict in using a SATA HDD drive with a PCIe card. well this is a problem that i been dealing with intel motherboards for long time, the problem is when you change something in the motherboard(in my case hard drive), the motherboard I was able to boot from CD-ROM, plugged the HDD in and was able to install OS, but it hangs on 5A as soon as it's rebooted.
Nothing worse than getting new stuff that doesn't work... Like Show 0 Likes(0) Actions 5. I got the latest bios update. A little surprised it took Intel so long to recognize such a major issue...
