I used witch hazel and Q tips but I think isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) would do the trick too. We spent a good amount of time with many of the other steps & this was a piece of cake. But the Cyan and the Pigment black had clogged jets that you could SEE were clogged. I was heartbroken at B200! I've had it listed on Craigslist "as is" for $25 including over $50 worth of extra ink but no takers.I removed the cartridges and print head, thoroughly rinsed the head under Try this before you toss your printer off the balcony...as I was preparing to do as well. I was scared at first that I would break it, but it moved smoothly and stayed there until I pushed it back.
