This worked perfectly!!!!!! 11/02/2015 by Emmalee Rumin I ended up pulling one side of the lens up. Zooming in worked, but zooming out didn't and caused a lens error.I tried forcing the lens by twisting it to the correct position while powering of, and finally it clicked and FinePix A500: had this solution, tried everything. Please don't blame me if instead undesirable results occur.
