Not sure which solved the problem, but it took me only about 20 mins. In particular, this lens error may occur when the camera is used in certain environmental conditions such as high temperature and/or humidity. We knew that there wasn't much we could do to hurt the camera, since if our attempts failed, the camera was toast anyway. Listen for that "click" and stop immediately if you hear it. You especially might consider this if the lens barrel appears obviously damaged, bent, or crooked such as from a fall. Did the SD card break the camera or vise/versa?

After a bit of research I decide to strip the entire camera down and clean everything. the cylinder with the smaller diameter wouldn't completely retract and the picture was blurry. Shat myself when the focus was off but it soon came back. It occurred out of nowhere, I was shocked when I got the error to go away and it worked again.I tried both the steps on this site and also the steps
