A camera owner that suffers this problem may have no recourse for having the camera repaired. This worked for my ixus70:when you turn the power on, bend the camera with our hands - like twisting it a bit holding on opposite corners. Please help! firstly, the lens cant retract back and when i try to switch it on, the screen will say 'lens error, restart camera' so how do i restart the camera?? When I turn it back on, the same problem occurs.
